Lifting, bending, turning a load at arm's length: what tires operators ends up costing in absence, in quality and in output. Beyond workstation ergonomics, every sector has its own equipment needs — I have it custom-built to match.
Made in France, fully customisable: dimensions, load and finishes adapt to the workstation rather than the other way round.
Bringing the product to working height, to remove awkward postures and lifting effort at the workstation. Standard model: 300 kg, 810 mm travel, with an automatic mode that follows the pace of loading and unloading. Specific load and travel built to measure on request.
Tilting or turning the load to present its contents to the operator, rather than asking them to reach into the bottom of a container. Entirely made to measure: no standard configuration.
Stainless steel worktops, built to specification, with edging and finishes suited to the environment — including butchery and food-industry preparation and weighing tables.
Stainless steel rack trolleys, for washdown environments and sorting stations, as well as cold-room storage trolleys (stainless steel, six-tier).
Mobile console: the workstation follows the operator, rather than the other way round.
Aluminium platforms for safe access at height, including walkways installed above a roller conveyor to cross a line without interrupting the process.
On castors, in painted steel or stainless steel depending on the environment.
Stainless steel 304L, fixed with chemical or mechanical anchors: protect installations from forklift and pallet-truck impacts. Barriers available in several lengths, corner guards and bollards for exposed points.
Steel, 304 or 316 stainless steel structure, made-to-measure length, one to three shelves, height-adjustable feet: the worktop is composed to match the workstation (label dispenser, roller top, kick plates…).
Outdoor charging cabinet with roller-shutter closure, five battery drawers (25 kg each), key-switch control.
The subcontractor also covers more specific, made-to-measure needs: pallet stabilisers and storage racks for industrial joinery, saw guides, handling trolleys, mobile-home chassis turners, panel conveyor-turners. Need something not listed here? Describe it in the form.
The need is acknowledged, but the choice of equipment and supplier remains open. I qualify the actual requirement before searching.
Relocation or a new line: this is when ergonomics is cheapest to build in.
